BOOKING CONDITIONS
Confirmation by email. Confirmations are made in order of arrival of the customer's request.
PRE-PAYMENT
After confirmation it will be necessary to make a deposit of 50% of the total reservation; the remaining payment will be made up to 30 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION
There will be no refunds. No-show or early check-out will be charged 100% of the reservation.
CHECK IN
From 2 PM.
CHECK OUT
Until 11:00 AM (late check-out upon request and subject to availability).
RECEPTION
With code assigned for arrivals and departures.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
24 hours by phone and email contact.
PAYMENTS
Payments accepted by Credit Card and/or bank transfer.
EXTRAS WHEN REQUESTED
Extra Beds: Each apartment can accommodate more people on sofa bed for an additional cost.
Cleaning: Does not include daily cleaning. Possibility with additional cost.
Children: up to 2 years FREE. They will be accommodated in a cot (upon request) or sofa bed.
Pool towels FREE and subject to availability.
